【Admission Statement 招生聲明】
本校辦理招生事務，除宣傳、推廣及協助學生辦理來臺必要程序外，未委託校外機構、法人、團體或個人辦理。
The university's admission affairs are done by the school's authorized personel only. The university does not authorize external agencies, corporations, groups, or individuals to handle admission related matters except for promotion, publicity, or for assisting students with necessary procedures to enter Taiwan.

本校自行或委由校外機構、法人、團體或個人辦理外國學生招生宣傳事項，透過架設招生網站、於國內外參加教育展、舉辦實體及線上招生說明會等，未提供與招生規定、招生簡章或相關規定不一致之資訊。
The information regarding student recruitment on the website setup by the university itself or by contracted agencies, corporations, groups, or individuals shall not be inconsistent with the admission regulations or prospectus. The information regarding student recruitment provided by the university or contracted parties during in-person or online enrollment information sessions in or out of the country shall not be inconsistent with the admission regulations or prospectus.

入學語言能力門檻

申請中文課程之華語文能力相關證明文件，需具有華語文能力者，應繳交華語文能力測驗（TOCFL）A2（含）以上之中文能力證明（華語能力測驗TOCFL基礎級LEVEL2證書）。
For programs other than English programs, please submit a certificate or proof of Chinese language proficiency test scores: TOCFL Level 2.

財力證明基準

1.請提供在台就學之最近三個月由金融機構開立之財力證明（USD 3,500或TWD 100,000以上之證明文件），或政府、大專院校或民間機構提供全額獎助學金證明。
A financial certificate issued by a financial institution within recent 3 months that shows the financial ability for studying in Taiwan ( a financial statement with a balance of at least USD 3,500 or TWD 100,000), or proof of full scholarship provided by a government agency, university, college, or private organization.
2.財力證明若非申請者本人帳戶，除財力證明書外需再填寫財力保證書。
If the certificate of deposit is not for the applicant’s account, please fill out guarantee form.

獎助學金 Scholarships

由政府及產業共同挹注資源，增進來臺就學與就業誘因：為吸引各國優秀學生來臺就學及留臺就業，新型專班將由行政院國家發展基金提供產學獎助金，包含學生初次來臺相關必要行政費用、單程機票與最多2 年學雜費，並由產業提供每位學生每月新臺幣至少1 萬元以上之生活津貼。To attract outstanding international students to study and work in Taiwan, the government and industries are jointly allocating resources to enhance incentives. International Industrial Talents Education Special Program will be supported by the National Development Fund's IndustryAcademia Collaboration Fund, providing industry-academia scholarships that cover necessary administrative fees for students' initial arrival, a one-way airfare, and up to two years of tuition and miscellaneous fees. Additionally, industries will offer each student a monthly stipend of at least NT$10,000.
