International students applying for transfer Admission Requirements 什麼是外國學生轉學生申請入學？
A person who is currently studying at a university in Taiwan can apply for foreign student transfer on the second or the third year. A person who has previously attended high school (or junior high) or university in Taiwan can no longer apply for a bachelor’s degree with foreign nationality.
目前在台灣就讀大學，可以申請外國學生轉學入二年級或是三年級。
注意：曾經在台灣就讀高中(含以下)或是大學，不能再以外國學生身分申請學士班一年級。
Who is eligible to apply as an international student? 適合哪些身份的學生？
申請人符合教育部《外國學生來臺就學辦法》【附錄一】規定者，得申請入學，重要規定摘錄如下：
Applicants who meet the requirements of the Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan of the Ministry of Education [Appendix I] are permitted to apply for admission. Important provisions are excerpted below:
一、 國籍及身分Nationality and Identity:
具外國國籍且未曾具有中華民國國籍【註 1】，符合下列規定者，得依本辦法規定申請入學：
A person of foreign nationality who has never held Republic of China (“R.O.C.”) nationality and who meets the following requirements is permitted to apply for admission to an educational institution in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations:
1. 未曾以僑生身分在臺就學。
The person has never undertaken studies in Taiwan as an overseas Chinese student.
2. 未於申請入學當學年度依僑生回國就學及輔導辦法經海外聯合招生委員會分發。
The person has not been given a placement in the current academic year by the University Entrance Committee for Overseas Chinese Students in accordance with the Regulations Regarding Study and Counseling Assistance for Overseas Chinese Students in Taiwan.
二、申請轉學Transfer Application
1.外國學生於國內大專校院肄業，符合「中國文化大學外國學生申請入學招生規定」第五條及「大學辦理國外學歷採認辦法」相關規定者，得以申請方式轉學進入本校學士班就讀；依據「大學辦理招生規定審核作業要點」第六點第一項第四款規定，其修業累計須滿二個學期以上。
International students studying at a college or university in Taiwan may apply to transfer to CCU, provided that they are eligible for application according to the Article 5 of CCU Regulations Governing International Students Admission and Regulations Governing the Assessment and Recognition of Foreign Academic Records by Institutions of Higher Education. Such students must have completed studies in Taiwan for at least a total of two semesters according to Article 6, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the Directions for Review of Regulations for Admission to Universities.
2.因學業成績不及格致遭退學者，僅得參加本校轉學考試方式(寒假轉學或暑假轉學)轉學進入本校就讀；因操行成績不及格或因犯刑事案件經判刑確定致遭退學者，不得轉學進入本校就讀。
International students who are dismissed from a Taiwan school due to poor academic performance can apply to transfer to CCU by taking the admission examination for transfer students. International students who are dismissed from a Taiwan school due to poor conduct grades or conviction for criminal activity may not apply to transfer to CCU.
3.入學前於大專校院所修之學分，請於開學後一周內持成績單正本至就讀學系申請審核，經就讀學系及教務處審核通過後始准予抵免，其學分抵免悉依本校學分抵免規則辦理。
For credit transfer, admitted transfer students shall submit their transcripts obtained by the school to the department and the Office of Academic Affairs for approval within one week after the school semester starts. Please refer to the CCU Regulations Governing the Transfer of Credits.
4.轉學生請於春季班或秋季班第3梯次報名並上傳原在台就讀學校開立之在學證明與國內大學歷年成績單，申請轉2年級者，須有至少2 個學期以上成績；申請轉3年級者，須有至少4個學期以上成績，休學該學期不得列入計算。
International students applying for transfer shall submit an application during the Spring semester or during the third round of application periods for the Fall semester. Applicants need to upload a certificate of enrollment from the previous school. Applicants who wish to start their sophomore year in CCU must provide a transcript listing grades for two semesters. Those who wish to start their third year in CCU must provide a transcript listing grades for four semesters. These semesters do not include the ones in which students have been suspended.
5.已就讀過我國國內大專校院學士班者，不得以「新生身分」申請轉學生。
Students who have once studied for a bachelor’s degree in a Taiwan’s university are not eligible to apply for adimmsion as a new student.
Application Period 申請期程
The admissions for international Transfer students are opened for Fall semester (September Enrollment) and Spring semester (February Enrollment)
1、Application Period for Fall Semester: Early June to early July
2、Application period for Spring Semester: Mid-October to early December.
申請期程本校外國學生招生分為秋季班（每年9月入學）及春季班（2月入學）
1、秋季班申請期程：約6月至7月初。
2、春季班申請期程：約10月中旬至12月上旬。
Application Process and Notes 申請流程及注意事項
1、Applicants shall submit required documents in accordance with the “Application Handbook for International Students Enrollment” in current year, then apply through online application system and upload the required documents before deadline.
報考本項招生應依照當年度簡章規定繳交文件，報名採線上申請，並依規定時間上傳應繳交的文件。
2、The letter of acceptance issued by CCU does not guarantee that applicants can obtain a student visa! It is recommended that applicants shall check with the Taiwanese representative office (TECO) in your place of residence to prepare the documents required for the student visa application in advance.
本校所核發之錄取通知單，不保證錄取者可以取得學生簽證喔！建議先到居住地的台灣駐外代表處TECO網站查看，辦理學生簽證需要哪些文件。
3、Applicants cannot apply to “University Entrance Committee for Overseas Chinese Students” at the same time when applying for CCU as international transfer students.
申請外國學生轉學生入學時，不可以同時向海外聯合招生委員會申請。
