Introduction 學系介紹

The Department of Land Resources was founded in 1969. It is the only department with the theme of "Land Resources" in the country, with the dual axes of "Land Assets" and "Environmental Resources". The department sets up innovative courses such as drone photography, big data and real estate AI.

In order to cultivate the talents needed by the times, the Ministry of Labor's Land Category Employment Program was held to extend the five-year Master's Program in Real Estate Marketing. The course design adopts 2 main axes, 3 learning groups and 1 extension, which is complete and diverse.

Teaching Characteristics 教學特色

1. Constructing professional knowledge and ability: the dual-tutor system helps students establish an adaptive learning plan. The basic theory course design cultivates independent thinking ability and lays a solid foundation.
2. Application stimulates innovation: Practical course design, such as overseas study, teaching visits, field investigation or environmental monitoring, etc., is applied and innovated on a theoretical basis.
3. Career seamless connection: Internship course design, a number of industry-university cooperation plans have been signed for students to explore the workplace early and provide employment security.

The content is designed with students' future development in mind, and the basic theory is introduced into the practical operation for gradual planning.

Scholarships 獎學金

（一）「蕭錚博士教育獎學金」，recommend 1 person every year, NT$10,000 each.

（二）「甲桂林不動產曹瑞濱董事長獎學金」，recommend 1 tuition subsidy scholarship of NT$55,000 ; elite scholarship of NT$15,000 yuan per person.

（三）「信望愛勤學獎學金」，recommend 2 person every year, NT$10,000 each.

（四）There are also scholarships from various enterprises and related institutions, and 2 candidates are recommended each academic year, each with NT$10,000.
